Job Summary

Experienced in managing complex claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - GA, NC, SC will analyze claims exposure, interact with stakeholders for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in GA, NC, and SC
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
