Experienced in managing workers compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - TN, AL, GA, NC, SC, FL, AR, LA, MS will analyze claims exposure, resolve complex claims, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills
• Interact with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
