Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - VA

Job Summary

Managing complex workers compensation claims for the jurisdictions of VA, DC, and MD, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
