Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - VA

Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - VA will manage complex workers compensation claims across VA, DC, and MD, applying claims management experience to analyze exposure, resolve claims, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support outcomes

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
