Workers' Compensation Claims Advisor

Job Summary

Partnering with local business units, the remote Workers' Compensation Claims Advisor will manage WC claims, collaborate with third-party administrators, and provide educational support to minimize liabilities and improve claims outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with local business units and TPA to optimize WC treatment options and manage claims
• Communicate claims exposures and reserve needs while participating in WC claims reviews
• Utilize RMIS systems to monitor claims and provide regulatory updates to local business units

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, or nursing
• Minimum of seven years of experience managing WC claims
• Technical knowledge of WC case law across states from Maine to Florida
• Experience collaborating with TPA, medical, and legal partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RMIS systems
