Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Claims Analyst specializing in Work Comp Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage complex, catastrophic, and high exposure workers' compensation claims
• Conduct regulatory and internal audits to ensure compliance and develop corrective action plans
• Provide training and guidance to claims staff and defense attorneys regarding Medicare protocols and settlement handling

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Workers' Compensation Insurance claims
• Experience managing catastrophic and large loss exposure claims
• Proficiency in litigation resolution, including Medicare set-aside agreements
• Technical knowledge of multiple states' Workers' Compensation laws is preferred
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
