Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the adjudication of medical only claims and limited lost time workers' compensation claims
• Evaluate and determine compensability of claims, monitor costs, and ensure timely documentation and communication
• Develop action plans for claim resolution and maintain professional relationships with injured teammates and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or a combination of education and related experience
• Adjusters license for assigned jurisdiction as required
• 2-5+ years' experience managing progressively difficult Workers Compensation lost time claims
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of workers' compensation rules, regulations, and laws for multiple jurisdictions
