Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Workers Compensation Claims to lead and manage a regional claims department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple claims units/teams and provide strategic direction for claims analysis and resolution
• Ensure compliance with workers' compensation statutes and regulations while maintaining internal and external relationships
• Analyze claims to determine coverage and compensability, and oversee quality metrics and service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to participate in strategic discussions with staff and senior management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Analytical mindset with the ability to present information clearly
