Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a capped caseload of workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution
• Ensure compliance with relevant workers' compensation laws and timely filing of reports
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority to achieve resolution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation claims handling experience
• Experience with jurisdictional regulations in specified states
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation claims processes and legal requirements
• Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite
