Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner with jurisdictional knowledge in WV, PA, VA, TN, and KY.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdictional laws in WV, PA, VA, TN, and KY
• Licensing preferred but not required
