A company is looking for a Claims Examiner - Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due
• Manage high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation
• Identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 2-4 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Subject matter expertise in insurance principles and laws relevant to the position
• Ability to work remotely and meet service expectations
