Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner to analyze and process claims for a dedicated client across various jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering necessary information
- Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
- Communicate claim activities with claimants and clients, and report claims to the excess carrier
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
- Knowledge of jurisdictions: IN, KY, MI, MN, MO, OH, PA, WI & LA
- Licensing required
