Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner III (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, and settles moderately complex to complex/high exposure claims
• Independently analyzes claim exposure and determines appropriate actions for claim resolution
• Coordinates with medical providers and clients to facilitate the Workers' Compensation process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Three to five years of Workers' Compensation Claims administration experience required
• Experience with complex, high exposure, and litigated WC claims is preferred
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in states where claims are handled is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
