Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner - Workers Compensation with experience in MD, VA, DC, and DE.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution by investigating and gathering information
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Knowledge of licensing and jurisdiction in MD, VA, DC, and DE
