Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner with jurisdictional knowledge in PA, MA, NH, RI, WV, and NJ.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering relevant information
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdictional regulations in PA, MA, NH, RI, WV, and NJ required
• Licensing as required for the position
