Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner with Northeast States Jurisdictional Knowledge for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution by gathering necessary information
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of Workers Compensation laws in Northeast States, including NJ and PA
• Flexibility to adapt to various assignments and support organizational needs
