Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner with MD, VA, and DC jurisdictional experience for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of MD, VA, and DC jurisdiction required
• Licensing preferred; must obtain post-hire with company funding
