Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner to analyze and adjudicate claims for a dedicated client across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate claim activity with claimants and clients
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests professionally and promptly

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements for OH, PA, VA, WV, and DE
• Licensing as required for the role
