Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner with NY & VT Jurisdictional Knowledge for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdictional laws in NY, VT, & ME; training available for other states
• NY & VT licensing preferred but not required
