Key Responsibilities

• Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdiction laws for CT, MA, NH, RI, VT
• Licensing required, with preference for VT, CT, NH, or RI
