Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to ensure appropriate and timely resolution
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdiction laws in PA, MA, NH, RI, WV, NJ
• Licensing required
