Workers Compensation Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing workers compensation claims for clients in NE jurisdictions, the full-time remote Workers Compensation Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients to ensure timely resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims through action plans to achieve timely resolutions
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of licensing/jurisdiction requirements for MA, RI, VT, NH, CT
