Workers Compensation Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing Lost-Time Workers Compensation claims for clients, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate effectively with claimants and clients, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid schedule from the Marlton, NJ office.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Knowledge of New Jersey jurisdiction is essential
