Job Summary
Analyzing workers compensation claims remotely, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Examiner - CA/NV Licensed will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients to ensure timely resolutions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing and processing claims through well-developed action plans to achieve timely resolutions
- Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
- Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Must be licensed in California or Nevada
- Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
