Job Summary
Analyzing workers compensation claims remotely, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Examiner - CA/NV Licensed will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate effectively with clients and claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Processing and resolving claims through detailed action plans and information gathering
- Negotiating claim settlements within designated authority
- Communicating claim activity and updates to clients and claimants in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
- Must be licensed in California or Nevada
- Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
