Job Summary

Analyzing Lost-Time Workers Compensation claims, the full-time salaried Workers Compensation Claims Examiner - MI, KY, IN Licensed will adjudicate complex customer claims and negotiate settlements while working remotely or from the Dublin, OH office.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims through well-developed action plans to achieve timely resolutions
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of Workers Compensation jurisdictions: MI, KY, IN, and OH
• MI, KY, IN licensing preferred
