Job Summary

Analyzing workers compensation claims for NE jurisdictions, the full-time remote Claims Examiner Workers Compensation I will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate claim activity to clients and claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to ensure timely resolutions through effective investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority limits
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients efficiently

Required qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of licensing and jurisdiction requirements for NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, DC, DE, WV, VA
