Job Summary

Analyzing workers' compensation claims remotely, the full-time Claims Examiner Workers Compensation NE will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate claim activity while ensuring compliance with service expectations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering necessary information
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority limits
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of licensing and jurisdictions including NJ, PA, VT, NH, MA, CT, DE, RI, ME
