Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Comp, Lost Time Claims Subject Matter Expert (User Research) - AI SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically assess the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated outputs against source medical documents
• Evaluate pre-release versions of product features based on claims handling knowledge
• Label medical information within insurance claims data and provide feedback on product integration into existing workflows

Required Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience as a Disability Examiner or Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software applications
• Ability to review and critically evaluate complex documentation
• Experience in training, mentoring, or process improvement roles is preferred
• Familiarity with AI or automation tools in a professional setting is a plus
