Job Summary

Leading and overseeing area claim functions, the fully remote National Captive Leader will manage the largest and most complex claims while driving team excellence through performance evaluations, training, and strategic reserve adjustments.

Key responsibilities

• Directs and leads area claim functions
• Oversees the handling of complex claims
• Approves personnel activities related to hiring, training, and staff performance evaluation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience
• Strong leadership experience in Workers' Compensation
• Prior TPA experience preferred
• Master's degree preferred
