A company is looking for a Northeast Region Assistant Vice President- Workers Compensation Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a branch, supervise other Branch Managers, and drive hiring and training efforts
• Collaborate with clients, carriers, and brokers to enhance market expertise and customer service
• Utilize analytics and technology to improve team efficiency and quality of service

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 15 years related claims experience
• At least 8 years of supervisory experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
