Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Applications Specialist to manage severe loss claims and oversee workers' compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee severe workers' compensation claims, conducting investigations and determining compensability
• Track claims data and recommend safety training opportunities based on analysis
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain documentation related to OSHA and claims management

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience managing workers' compensation claims for large companies
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Risk Management-related field or equivalent experience
• Bilingual in Spanish (able to read and write)
• Proficiency in OSHA General Industry standards and state safety statutes
• Experience in safety program development and delivery
