Workers' Compensation Claims Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team managing higher complexity claims
• Provide hands-on technical oversight for claims with significant financial exposure and complex issues
• Conduct regular quality assurance sessions and deliver feedback to enhance claim outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education
• 10-15 years of progressive workers' compensation claim experience
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role or involved in resource management
• Professional designations such as SCLA, CPCU, and/or AIC are beneficial
• Valid driver's license required; claim adjusting license is beneficial but not required
