Job Summary
Overseeing the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims, the full-time Workers' Compensation Claims Manager will manage partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure effective claim management and regulatory compliance while working remotely with occasional onsite requirements in Rosemont, IL.
Key responsibilities
- Strategize and oversee the investigation and resolution of claims for timely outcomes
- Collaborate with TPA and stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective claim management
- Provide financial oversight, including reserve management and settlement strategy development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience
- Experience in managing complex claims and return-to-work programs
- Proven ability to lead TPA oversight and conduct claims audits
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in claims management
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed for onsite meetings
