Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• 1-5 years of related experience in medical billing, claims adjudication, or insurance
• Strong customer service background and a positive attitude
• Proficient in data entry, MS Office applications, and navigating web-based applications
• Ability to manage a large workload and adapt to changing priorities
