Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of Workers' Compensation accounts and ensure timely claim resolution
• Contact employers and insurance carriers to obtain necessary injury and insurance information
• Submit claims, process appeals, and maintain communication with all parties involved in the claims process

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, with some college coursework preferred
• 1-5 years of related experience in medical billing, claims adjudication, or insurance
• Strong customer service background and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in data entry, MS Office applications, and navigating web-based applications
• Ability to manage a large workload and adapt to changing priorities
