Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience with medical only and lost-time claims
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of CO, UT, WY jurisdictions is essential
