Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Claims Representative - Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve claims within assigned authority
• Determine coverage and liability
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
• Associate in General Insurance (AINS) designation preferred
• Associate in Claims (AIC) designation preferred
• CPCU coursework or other continuing education preferred
• Licensure in jurisdictions where required
