Workers Compensation Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative - Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process low-level workers compensation claims to determine benefits due and ensure compliance with company standards
• Develop and coordinate action plans for claims resolution and return-to-work efforts
• Administer subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements while maintaining professional client relationships

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements for IL, IN, KS, MI, MO, NE, WI, and MN
• Reciprocal license preferred
