A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a queue of Workers' Compensation accounts and ensure timely submission of claims and documentation
• Contact employers, insurance carriers, and patients to gather necessary information for claims processing
• Review payments and denials, write appeals, and maintain communication with relevant parties throughout the claims process

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• 1-5 years of related experience in medical billing, claims adjudication, or workers' compensation
• Strong customer service background and a positive attitude
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office applications
• Ability to manage a large workload and adapt to changing priorities
