Workers' Compensation Claims Representative

Job Summary

Guiding injured employees through the recovery process, the full-time Workers' Compensation Claims Representative will manage claims, conduct thorough investigations, and negotiate settlements while working in a hybrid or fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve claims within assigned authority
• Determine coverage and liability
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, and attorneys

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
• Prior experience managing claims in Minnesota and/or Iowa
• Proficiency with current claim technology
• Associate in General Insurance (AINS) or Associate in Claims (AIC) designation preferred
• Licensure in jurisdictions where required
