Workers Compensation Claims Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Representative will analyze and process claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority and communicating claim activity to relevant parties
• Reporting claims to excess carriers and responding to requests in a professional manner

Required qualifications

• Less than 1 year of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business is preferred
