Workers Compensation Claims Representative
Job Summary
To support the development of new industry professionals, the full-time remote Workers Compensation Claims Representative will participate in a comprehensive training program, adjust various levels of workers' compensation claims under supervision, and communicate effectively with stakeholders while investigating claims.
Key responsibilities
- Attend and complete the designated claims professional training program
- Adjust workers' compensation claims by processing documents and communicating with injured workers, employers, and medical providers
- Investigate claims thoroughly by gathering relevant information and documenting findings and recommendations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years of customer service experience or a combination of education and experience
