Workers Compensation Claims Representative

Job Summary

To support the development of new industry professionals, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Representative will participate in a comprehensive training program, adjusting claims under supervision, communicating with various stakeholders, and investigating claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and complete the designated claims professional training program
• Adjust various levels of workers' compensation claims, including processing claim-related documents and responding to inquiries
• Investigate new and existing claims by gathering relevant information and documenting findings

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two years of customer service experience or a combination of education and experience
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Empathy and a service-oriented mindset
