Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing worker's comp insurance carriers on behalf of medical providers
• Reviewing medical provider account notes and history
• Resolving regular, disputed, and denied accounts through communication with adjusters and patients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience handling a large volume of phone calls to collect information
• Ability to work in Eastern or Central time zone
• Must reside in the United States within specified states
• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment preferred
