Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Comp Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a queue of Workers' Compensation accounts and ensure timely processing of claims
• Contact relevant parties to gather injury and insurance information and submit claims to insurance carriers
• Provide customer support and updates regarding the Workers' Compensation process and claims status

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• 1-5 years of related experience in medical billing, claims adjudication, or workers' compensation
• Strong customer service background with a positive attitude
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
