Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of Workers' Compensation accounts and maintain quality and productivity levels
• Contact relevant parties to gather injury and insurance information, and submit claims and documentation to insurance carriers
• Provide customer service support and maintain communication with insurance adjusters, employers, and patients throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• 1-5 years of related experience in medical billing, claims adjudication, or workers' compensation
• Strong customer service background with a positive attitude
• Proficient in data entry, word processing, and MS Office applications
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large workload efficiently
