Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a queue of Workers' Compensation accounts and ensure timely claim submissions
• Contact relevant parties to gather injury and insurance information and provide support to patients regarding the Workers' Compensation process
• Review payments, manage appeals for denied claims, and maintain communication with insurance adjusters and clients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• 1-5 years of related experience in medical billing, claims adjudication, or Workers' Compensation
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office applications
• Strong customer service background and a positive attitude
• Ability to manage a large workload and adapt to changing priorities
