Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Comp Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a queue of Workers' Compensation accounts and maintain quality and productivity levels
• Gather injury and insurance information from various parties and submit claims to insurance carriers
• Provide customer service to clients and assist in training new and existing employees

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• 1-5 years of related experience in medical billing, claims adjudication, or insurance
• Strong customer service background with a positive attitude
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office applications
• Ability to manage a large workload and adapt to changing situations
