A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a queue of Workers' Compensation accounts
• Contact relevant parties to gather injury and insurance information for claims processing
• Submit claims and documentation to insurance carriers, and handle appeals for denied claims

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• 1-5 years of related experience in medical billing, claims adjudication, or workers' compensation
• Proficient in data entry and MS Office applications
• Strong customer service background and a positive attitude
• Ability to manage a large workload and adapt to changing situations
